Fueled by the promise of stout and an inevitable late-afternoon nap, Secco Wine Bar will drag its collective butt out of bed two hours early to serve a very special Beer Breakfast. Acknowledging that 8% ABV on an empty stomach is a recipe for disaster, Sous Chef Mike has created a quartet of hearty breakfast entrees to supplement the regular daytime offerings. Get a complete menu and more details here.

Collect items for donation/recycle and bring them to the Weinstein JCC. The Habitat ReStore is excited to take your no longer wanted home improvement supplies (anything from a sink to old paint!). We'll have a sign-up sheet for donation pickups courtesy of Moxie Movers. Batteries Plus is on board to take our collected batteries and electronics. Closet Factory is bringing a van for clothing donations. Junk Shuttle has joined us and would love your scrap metal and old appliances. Diversity Thrift will be there too, taking all sorts of other donations.

Feast RVA is a monthly event that allows creative people the opportunity to make a presentation about a project which needs financial support. Attendees listen to these presentations while enjoying great food and beverages, included in the $25 fee. At the end of the evening, attendees vote on which project is the most deserving and the winning creatives take home the cash to support their work!
